1 . Introduction:

This report will be based upon the analysis of School Management. The evaluation is based on three rules picked from Shneiderman's Eight Glowing Rules of Interface Design and style and three rules selected from Neilson Heuristics-Ten Functionality Heuristics. The other technique used for evaluation is the intellectual walkthrough where the whole method is checked. Record shows the flaws and good quality with the interfaces depending on the evaluation.

The system provides to find the details with the teacher and student simply by entering their first identity. Even the information on the classes can be explored by coming into the class number. It also allows adding the knowledge regarding a brand new teacher and a new student and their particular class details as well as the program allows deleting the current record of a teacher and also the college student. 4. Analysis of the Interface:

The School Management System has been assessed specifically based on three chosen rules via Shneiderman's 8-10 Golden Guidelines of Program Design and three selected rules by Neilson Heuristics. It has also been evaluated overall as a program in the intellectual walkthrough. we. According to Shneiderman's Ten Golden Rules of Software Design: Rule 1: Present informative responses – Each time a user works an action with all the system including save, erase, search etc . there should be a suitable feedback which may be easily understood by the customer.

When the customer wants to delete the class information, and clicks the erase button just deletes the knowledge without giving a proper feedback such as the category information continues to be deleted. Just shows the first record that was entered following your deletion process. The user won't know in case the information can be deleted or perhaps not.
